Bonnie was friendly and revealing, and she was clear about what her role was and what she couldn't individually guarantee. Most importantly, she followed up at every stage of the process to make sure that things were running easily. The carrier she selected (F&S Auto Carriers) provided polite and on-time service (pick up in Connecticut Monday afternoon; delivery in New Mexico Saturday morning). At $1790 for two cars, price was absolutely not a lowball, but you frequently tend to get what you pay for. If I had to ship a car tomorrow, I would absolutely call American Dream to handle the transaction.
