Review Description

My car was available for pickup in GA on Feb 14, but was not picked up until March 11. Granted, I did choose to use the economy rate lowest price and I was not in a huge hurry to get my car out to CO. Once I knew the start date of my new job and knew I needed my car asap, I had to pay another 200 dollars for incentive for a car carrier to come get it. They told me they would pick it up on a Wednesday, but ended up picking it up on a Friday. They also told me itd be dropped off in CO on a Monday, but actually got here on Sunday. There was 2 small scratches on the back bumper of my jeep, which I pointed out to the driver, but he denied they were responsible for it and said the scratches were there when he picked it up. They definitely were NOT. but I just let it go since the driver barely spoke english. Basically Im just happy my car is here and the ordeal is over. But sure, Id use Amerifreight again. Just make sure to pay the extra money if you need your car by a certain time.
