Review Description

amerifreight was great to work with. always kept me in the loop, and was prompt about answering any questions i had. HOWEVER, their contractor they sent me was TERRIBLE. i question if they even check up on their contractors to see if they're any good. my contractor arrived 1 day late and delivered 2 days late, which was ok...BUT he had the audacity to not only ask for payment up front by ask if he could drive my car 40 miles to deliver my car instead of driving his carrier..as you can imagine, i wasn't too please. overall lesson, pay a little more for better service and peace of mind and make sure you ask your amerifreight agent about any of the hiccups i went through
