Review Description

We were very happy with AmeriFreight. They were prompt and scheduled our pick up right away. We were not happy with the company that picked up the vehicle, Choice Carrier. We set up to have it delivered on a Monday. The driver called the Friday before and said he was having trouble with his trailer and if he couldn't deliver on Saturday, he wasn't sure how long it would be because his trailer would be worked on. We set up for Saturday delivery with a 2 hour time window. My boss was here for the time frame but the delivery was never made. He called drivers voice mail and left a message, but was never contacted. The driver called on Monday and told another different story about his trailer and said he would try to deliver that week. I said he received my boss's message, but it was later in the day so he didn't return the call. He came one or two days later with the delivery. AmeriFreight contacted us when they heard about the problem and worked to fix it. They even asked if we wanted another company to pick up the vehicle. They were very professional and helpful.
