Review Description
I engaged with AmeriFreight to ship my 2009 Honda Civic from Mequon, WI to Menlo Park, CA. The agent assigned to work with me was Josh Contreras. He made the whole experience very smooth and painless. He explained to me in detail how the process works, what I will be charged and when, and the timeframe for when I could expect the car to be picked up and delivered. Importantly, he clearly explained some of the uncertainties involved in the process. Everything went pretty much as Josh explained and the car was safely delivered in the expected timeframe. I am satisfied with the service that AmeriFreight and Josh provided me.
