AmeriFreight replied to my request right away and provided a very competitive quote. I was given Mr. Graham Taylor as my agent and before I had a chance to contact him, he called me. He explained the process thoroughly and after I completed the required documents, which only took a few minutes to fill out, he moved swiftly to find a carrier. I was trying ship my vehicle from Alabama to North Carolina and knowing that the pick-up point is not along the regular routes I expected it would take a couple of days before a carrier is identified. However, it only took Graham one day to find a carrier and few days later my car was delivered in good condition. The entire process from the time I first spoke with Graham to the day the car was delivered took less than a week.
