Everything was as described. good customer service. the only problem was from the driver which the company has no control of. The driver spoke very little English, was not answering my calls, and kept me in the dark for a good amount of time until i called the day before my pick up to ask about the pick-up time and payment he of course picked up. other than that the car was in very good condition no problems with the car. My only complaint is the communication with the driver. However, my broker was very knowledgeable and she was with me every step of the way. i would use this company again.
