Review Description

We had a car and a pickup shipped from North Carolina to California and chose to pay extra to have the vehicles picked up in a three to five day window. The contract didn't say three to five day days, so this created a bit of stress. I have had cars shipped twice before. If this is your first time shipping a vehicle, you should be aware that the process is not well designed for date(s) certain pickup or delivery windows. Expect a lot uncertainty with regard to when your vehicle will be picked up or delivered, even if you pay extra. This is not Amerifreight's fault, companies like Amerifreight (and their clients) are at the mercy of the drivers. Graham made the process fairly painless and a t a reasonable cost
