Review Description

Graham was a big help lining up my auto transport as I had shifting dates and addresses associated with my relocation. The carrier came to apartment complex prepared ahead of time, knowing that the truck would not fit on property access ways, so with only 5 minutes of my time had picked up my car on a small transport ZERO hassles. Upon delivery, the driver called 4 hours out and then again 1 hour out so i had time needed. Again - truck unloaded across the street and THEN the driver called - all total another 5 minutes. Graham promptly followed up to confirm that everything was fine. Other than 3000 miles worth of winter road grime the car was exactly as it had been on pickup. This was very very painless - and I thank Graham and Amerifreight for making this happen.
