Review Description

I recently purchased a show quality collector car in November, 2012. I bought the car in Missouri and needed to transport the car to my home in Washington State. I needed the car to be transported in an enclosed carrier and get to my home safe and undamaged. It was difficult to sort through hundreds of transport companies. I did alot of research and read alot of reviews before I made my choice to use Amerifreight. Shipping costs and the reputation of the company is a huge for me. I contacted Bob, who was very nice and knowledgeable. No high pressure or sales tactics from Bob. Loved that! He told me if he did not find a driver in a week, he would refund my deposit and I could look for another. This all happened during a holiday weekend. Within 4 days, Bob found a driver to bring my car home. Not only was it delivered as nice as I left it in Missouri, it arrived a day early. Bob kept me informed of the pick up and delivery time changes and always returned my calls promptly when I would leave a message. He left me the number of the driver so I could call him directly. It felt good to know my car was in good hands all the way from pick up to drop off. I saved close to 400.00 too in shipping costs which is always nice. I want you all to know I am not a car dealer, or car collector or affiliated with Amerifreight in any way. I am just a woman who bought her dream car and had an excellence experience using Amerifreight. Thanks Bob.
