Review Description
My agent was very helpful and kind even when I wasn't. Delivery itself took some time due to holiday season, but it got here safe with a scratch. I was impressed by my agent that he kept the communication chanel with me with or without me calling first. He called or emailed me to let me know that he is working on my order and he is ready to take care of any issue that I may have. Driver was also cooperative regarding the drop off location. Overall, very satisfied. Thank you.
