Jeff...Oh my, he went above and beyond to ensure that I was comfotable with the process of shipping my car. He answered every question (there were many), and was always available when I contacted him. This was especially important after my car was delivered. Customer service was past outstanding. Other companies should model their customer service after AmeriFreight. I called many companies before I spoke to Jeff, either ther were very fast talkers or very dry and impatient with the questions I had. I ended up doing my research online instead of calling because I was ver frustrated. One of the tip transport companier were...u guessed it, AmeriFreight. I feel lucky that I got Jeff as my representative because he was honest, didn't try to sell me , we even had a laugh or two and most importantly he represented AmeriFrieght as a highly professional and respected company. Thanks Jeff and I mean that with all sincerity. You are great and it was such a pleasure doing business with you and the company you work for.
