Review Description

I worked with Graham, and he was my single POC for the entire process. He treated me very professionally, was up-front, honest, and thoroughly explained the realities of shipping vehicles. He was completely right about everything -- even later talking to the truck driver after vehicle delivery, everything Graham had told me was exactly what the driver himself told me. Amerifreight, and Graham, never once seemed to try to take advantage of me and seemed completely sincere on ensuring my vehicle was shipped to my schedule. Graham even voluntarily reduced his commission (the Amerifreight portion of the charge) to $50 to help make my cost competitive. Amerifreight ensured I was easily put in contact with the driver that picked up my contract...and after that, everything else went extremely smooth. I would definitely use Amerifreight in the future. They even honor a military discount!
