Review Description
The whole experience was an exercise in communication. Graham worked me through the pricing options and helped me choose an option that would work for me. Unfortunately when the carrier originally chosen didn't come through, Sherryne had to repost my car. Lack of communication from the car carrier led to early pickup and delivery of the car, both of which I wasn't actually ready for. Fortunately both pickup and delivery were handled without incident (except for a flight change for myself =\...) but this was not to the fault of Amerifreight. I would especially like to thank Sherryne for being extremely helpful with the fiasco of the first carrier.
