Review Description

The company itself worked out well. They set expectations and the process. The only issues I had were not directly correlated with them. I had used their Saver fare since I had some time that I actually needed the vehicle. There was a carrier found and next I knew they weren't replying to my phone calls. After calling Amerifreight found out the carrier found a larger load and decided not to take mine. Waited for another carrier to bid on the saver fare rate but no answer. Had to adjust the bid to a more enticing amount to get a carrier. Car came on time from the carriers given eta who had given a couple updates on the road. The car was a bit dirty due to the miles and weather condition.
