Overall experience was very positive. the quote/order was processed within a day of contact. the transporter was efficient and friendly/responsive. the dispatch personnel were very cooperative and responsive. i would very much use them again when i send my car back to Florida. the cr came undamaged and the driver stayed in constant contact. the whole process from begining to end was extremely satisfactory. i was concerened with the open carrier but it did not turn out to be an issue.
