Daniel Osborne review for AmeriFreight

Review Description

I did a lot of research before selecting the company I would use. AmeriFeight really stood out. Graham was great to work with. He walked me through the process and made sure I understood everything up front. I was very careful to make sure there were no hidden surprises. Given pick-up location, and my final destination, it was a bit more difficult to find a carrier so it went beyond the window given. Graham had warned me of that but since I was trying to move on a budget, I went with the cheapest service knowing that I might have to increase the offer. I did have to increase the offer and finally got the car picked up. Every time I called, Graham always answered, "Hello Daniel." I know there is caller ID, but he knew who I was and what my situation was without having to look up a ticket number and such. That is only when I needed to call. The staff was very good about proactively updating me on the status of my shipment. I know the carrier is not affiliated with AmeriFreight but the driver was awesome and took very special care. The car arrived on time and everything was good. I will probably be moving back across country in about 2 years and will most definitely be giving Graham and AmeriFreight a call.
