Review Description

First time using Dave and Alpine. Shipped an inexpensive Toyota on an open truck with Alpine. Have shipped cars 4 times including 2 times with enclosed shipping for expensive cars using high-end carriers that cost double the price of Alpine. Dave and Alpine are top-notch and as good as the expensive carriers. Dave was very responsive and knowledgeable. we talked several times by phone. All arrangements were done within 24 hours of when I first emailed him. I got the drivers cell phone number and called him on the Friday pickup date to confirm that he would get the car during the 2 hour agreed time slot, which he did. Delivery was scheduled for Monday but the drivers delivered it a day early on Sunday. All in all a smooth experience, courteous, easy to do business with and prompt service. I will definitely use them again.
