Like any car transport company, they are a broker but they seem very careful about the truckers they sub-contract to deliver the cars all 3 times we used them, the truck drivers were courteous and easy to get in touch with. Based on some horror-story reviews I've read, it seems like a attractive important aspect. Also, they stay involved throughout the whole transport process and send emails during the transport and after the car is delivered to make sure the whole thing was OK..
