Review Description
The worst service ever encountered. I contractd on 12-11-12 and they still have NOT picked up the vehicle. Lies upon lies and broken committments. I feel like I have been held hostage for 14 days. I even offered to meet any driver 25 miles from my home to make the transfer easier. Michael and Anthony (owner) did not return calls as promised (14 calls). This was a Chritmas gift from my recently widowed mother to her son in Texas and I was guarateed that it would be delivered before the holiday without any problem. PLEASE learn from our mistake. DO NOT USE!!

Title : this review should be good
Rebuttal : i had a heck of a time finding tully a driver and after a week i found one and she was happy,i have 80 great reviews and a few not so good reviews and 100s of very happy customers, please give me a break here can not make everone happy
