Tom Gallo quoted $600. I said it needed to move by a certain date. He said no problem, just need your down payment and signed contract. I asked, if it is not moved by the date requested do I get my downpayment back? Tom said no problem just give me the down payment and contract. I said, but would you answer my question first? He said, "I'm not changing the contract terms, Asshole" and hung up. Felt like he was bidding low to get the business and then would hold my down payment as hostage to get me to agree to pay more in order to move the car ( his bid was $200 below 5 others). It was less than a pleasant experience.
