Review Description
Tony Beggio was my broker, and I told him my car cannot be delivered before July 7th. The driver told me at the time of pick-up that he was never informed of the delivery schedule. The driver said that he'll deliver them probably on July 5th. Since I won't be there, I had to pay-in-full at pick-up. I called Tony to inform him of the situation, and a moron (Monica) of a customer representative called me back with an obnoxious attitude and did not listen to what I had to say. I would have rated higher, but their customer service knocked it down significantly.
