Review Description
The movers themselves were wonderful, but the management could not be worse. When i called we agreed upon $69 dollars an hour plus fuel and boxes if necessary. I required no boxes and only had them unload so my fuel payment should have been minimal, but instead of being charged somewhere around the $69 I agreed to, I was charged $480, putting my account in the negative. They got my email wrong so I have no reciepts to dispute this with my bank, and when I complained they said that was their companies rates and it wasnot their fault I was quoted incorrectly (it was). I am devastated and have no idea how I am going to afford basic necessities now.
