Review Description
To start, yes I am a real customer who felt compelled to write a review because of all the confusion on auto transport that apparently exists online. To be honest, I don't really know how a sector of American business can be run this way. I've never seen such rancor between companies and such horror stories permeate the fabric of reviews that exist online. I know I needed my car moved from the dealership in Pompano Beach, FL to Tucson, AZ. I got wildly disparate quotes, from $850 to $1778, with the higher quotes usually coming from the big companies. Even if I wanted to go with the big boys and pay the hefty premium, they wouldn't even ship my car til several days later. So I tried to find a broker to find a truck already almost loaded and coming my way. That strategy worked. Cesar at All American actually found a truck owned by Speed Auto Transport who was headed West. They were at the dealership where my car was within 3 hours of paying my deposit of $150 to All American, with the other $750 due upon delivery. Rudy and his partner were on their way in a couple more hours. Less than 48 hours later they had already traveled the 2,216 miles and delivered my car in a Walgreens parking lot a mile from my house (since the truck wouldn't fit in my neighborhood). I was frankly flabbergasted at the time they made in covering that magnitude of distance. Still am. :-) After reading all the horrendous things in the reviews, I have real doubts that all that negative reviews about some of these companies were written by actual customers. I have been amazed by the service I received. I took safe delivery of my car 48 hours after first calling All American. Cesar with All American and Arriana at Speed Auto Transport were very patient with the arduous demands I insisted upon for the security and prompt delivery of my car and for my own financial protection, all caused by the fearmongering reviews. I didn't need any safeguards. My service from both All American and from Speed Auto Transport have been nothing less than miraculous. How can service experiences with the same companies be so different? As always, be cautious, but for my part I received beyond stellar service for what was close to half of what the uShip companies were quoting me. Don't know the whole truth of the biz but I know Cesar and Arriana took excellent care of me and my car, and they'll probably do the same for you. Ty Torres
