Review Description

Alena enterprise called to schedule a pick up of our vehicle around lunch time one day but called untimely 6 AM the next morning to pick up. Then, they called on Thanksgiving day informing us that our vehicle would arrive at the origin. The difficulty was that we were told to expect our vehicle in 7-10 days, and no one was available for delivery. They agreed to drop the vehicle off without a contact but required that we wire the money. It was firm to set up the wire transfer because it was a holiday weekend and Alena enterprises provided numerous wrong account numbers.
