Review Description
Alena enterprise called to calendar a pick up of our vehicle around lunch time one day but called early 6 AM the next morning to pick up. Then, they called on Thanksgiving day informing us that our vehicle would arrive at the origin. The difficulty was that we were told to expect our vehicle in 7-10 days, and no one was available for delivery. They agreed to drop the vehicle off without a contact but necessary that we wire the money.
