Review Description
I booked Agape to transport my vehicle from Kansas to Texas. I found them to be most EXPENSIVE against all quotes. I booked through them due to their ratings. When my vehicle was delivered it was DAMAGED. The driver was very RUDE. When I contacted AGAPE, they asked me to deal directly with the transport company (Diamond) and their insurance. The insurance company could not decide as the deductible amount was higher than the cost of damage and damage was not marked on my condition report and was marked on transport company's. I contacted Agape and they told me that they can not do any thing. I have filed a complaint with BBB. It's been months since I have heard from BBB. My question is if Agape is taking payment, can they run away from the responsibility?
