Review Description

Not worth calling. Called them because my vehicle had stalled in Newton Wellesley hospital parking garage and they are located just up the street. They said they did not have a tow truck that would fit in the garage. Fine. We managed to push the vehicle out of the garage and called them again. This time the rude lady said they do not have any tow trucks available, period. Was around 7 pm at night, so not particularly late. So much for "After Hours".
