Bad deeds always come back to bite you... especially on third party websites. I had Affordable Towing and Transport pick up my 1948 Willy's Jeepster in CT and transport it to my place in OR. The car had a new rag top on it and just as a precaution, I took digital pictures of the car just prior to transport. I was out state when the car was delivered and my brother in law took delivery of the car, signing off on the receipt that the car was received in good order. Having never seen the car, he didn't detect that the driver had put black tape on the leading edge of the convertible top to hide the holes worn in it by the upper car carrier during transport. When confronted, the company would not accept responsibility, even with the digit pictures with date stamps taken just before pickup that they had obviously caused the damage. So, $1,100 to transport the car along with $1,300 for a new top deserves a scathing review. NEVER USE THESE CROOKS OR RECOMMEND THEM TO ANYONE.
