I had this brewing anxiety with shipping my car for the first time. Ace Connect Auto Shipping made the process a breeze. I spoke to Matt via telephone, and he quickly inputted all my information. Initially, I just wanted a simple quote, but the affordable price to ship to Cali got me. I made a deposit through the phone. After the call, I was immediately emailed a confirmation with all the details. There was a 5-day pick-up window by the carrier. I was pleasantly surprised by the quick turnaround time. The carrier was going to be ready on the first day out of the 5-day window - perfecto!. This last minute accommodation was phenomenal as I called to have my car shipped in the next 48 hours. The door-to-door service was very convenient. On the day before shipment, the carrier contacted me with a time slot for delivery. They also kept me posted on the ETA on the shipment day. My car was loaded on the transport truck, and off it went. It arrived in CA safe and sound. In fact, it arrived a day earlier than anticipated, which was in the benefit of the recipient. Now I regret not shipping cars sooner instead of driving many miles across the states to reach my destination. It saves work and time - worth the money. I will definitely use this service for shipping again with my next move: professional and reliable.
