I CONTACTED AMJ TRANSPORTATION TO TRANSPORT 2 CARS FOR MY CUSTOMER FROM NEVADA TO MASS WHERE THEY AD TO PICK UP ON 5/7/07 AND DELIVER ON 5/14/07, BUT INSTEAD THEY PICKED UP THE CAR ON 5/10/07 AND DELIVERED 5/17/07 WITH A DAMAGED TORN DRIVER SIDE SEAT... THE CUSTOMER NOTED THE DAMAGED NOTIFIED THE DRIVER AND HE AGREED THAT HE DID NOT SEE ANY DAMAGES WHEN HE PICKED UP THE VEHICLE WHICH MEANS IT HAD TO HAPPEN DURING TRANSIT OR WHEN HE WAS LOADING AND UNLOADING... WHILE THEY WERE RUNNING LATE THEY NEVER ANSWERED THERE OFFICE PHONE OR THEIR CELL PHONE, AND EVERY TIME WE GOT A HOLD OF THE DRIVER HE SAID CALL MY OFFICE AND HUNG UP THE PHONE... WE TRIED TO PUT A CLAIM TO THERE INSURANCE COMPANY AND THEY REJECTED IT BECAUSE IT IS LESS THAN THEIR $1000.00 DEDUCTABLE... EVEN NOW WE HAVE LEFT 8 VOICEMAILS AND NO ANSWER... MY ADVISE TO ALL IS BE AWARE...
