Review Description
I shipped my car from San Francisco, CA to Upstate NY in middle October 2009. Driver pickup was on time in SF and my car was delivered punctually in NY precisely 7 days later. Both Auto star and Tow Express were great. I had asked that my car be delivered a day after I arrived in NY on a Thursday but it really showed up 3 days early on a Monday which was great except that I incurred an additional $50 fee because I had to use my credit card to pay the balance instead of having a money order to hand the driver as I had expected to do in person. Overall no troubles.
