We received an outstanding quote from AAA Auto Transport, but when we called to book it, we were told the quote was a mistake and they would not respect it. They would do the job though for a few hundred bucks more. The first phone rep hung up on my wife. We called back and the second phone rep, who was fairly rude, and who refused to let her speak to anyone higher up in the company, said that even if we had booked that quote online they would not have privileged it. How pleasant.
