STEVE AND LISA COOPER OF THIS COMPANY ARE BUY FAR THE WORST PEOPLE TO HAVE HANDLE YOUR SHIPPING NEEDS. ASKING QUESTIONS TO DETERMINE YOUR COMFORT LEVEL ABOUT THEIR PRICE AND OTHER SHIPPERS PRICE IS NOT SOMETHING THEY WELCOME. READ BELOW MY COMMENTS THAT I EMAILED TO A LISA COOPER A SUPPOSED TO BE MANAGER BTW I SERVE MY COUNTRY PROUDLY I WANT TO MAKE SURE I GET THE WORD OUT ABOUT THIS COMPANY!! I need to Speak with a Manager. I guy Name Steve hung up on me. This guy has a poor attitude. I wanted to find out if the other Autoshippers who are cheaper were even worth the effort to call back. Before this discruntaled employee hung up on me. I am asked this rude individual if there was a military discount he had a problem with that as well. There are 6 of us who need to ship cars. This is why I asked. This guy needs to be fired the way he talked to me as a customer. In addtion she hung up on me too!! THEY HAVE AN F RATING ONTHE BBB BEWARE!!! I AM A SERVICEMAN
