Review Description
I was dealing with a women named Lisa Cooper.I was shipping a car for my elderly parents who can no longer make the long drive to Florida. At first very nice, until It was time to ship the car. I gave a deposit of $249 on Nov 20,2013 My parents car was to be picked up on Dec 29, 2014the day came and went. Lisa said to me it was mechanical problems with the carrier, she said she would call me when the carrier was available she never did. My brother then called the same office spoke to another man and said they could pick it up on 1-1-2014 for additional $200 but it would be in an enclosed carrier not an open one. The vec was picked up and was delivered on the 1-9-2014 8 days later not the 5 that is was promised. When the vec arrived the carrier wanted $1000 I told him that we already gave a deposit of $249 he said no that's no concern of his if you want the car its $1000. Well I just got on the phone and called the local police and explained to them about the scam that was going on. Let me say that when something like this bait and switch occurs to senior citizens the police of Deerfield beach Florida really do look out for you. I am in the process of notifying all the proper agencies and to let them know about this companies scams.
