Review Description

Accepted our contract and received monies to trasport vehichle from new york to georgia. They later revealed that they do not tow disabled vehichles, however they accepted under these terms. When called repeatedly they would not answer. after 15 calls or so they answered knowing my name before announcing and rudely yelled and hung up. Customer beware. Better Business Bureau will be involved and money will be requested to be refunded and any other fees.
