They never showed up for job. Kept saying working on it. Then on deadline said they would send refund; could not find someone to do job so I had to find another company to do job. Still no refund and has been 5 months. Do not trust these people. BBB has several complaints. Read more ....

Paid November 1st for A-1 Auto Transport to ship car from Johnstown PA to Slidell La and they never showed up in the time frame promised. I called to find out why and they said could not find anyone to do job. Said they would refund. Almost 3 months later and still trying to get refund. Read more ....

Excellent service. A1 Auto transport described to me the entire process and made me feel safe about transporting my car. Periodical calls were made by them to make sure that I'm getting information's from the driver appropriately. Even the driver was very professional in doing his work. Timely calls were made by them.
