Review Description

Paid November 1st for A-1 Auto Transport to ship car from Johnstown PA to Slidell La and they never showed up in the time frame promised. I called to find out why and they said could not find anyone to do job. Said they would refund. Almost 3 months later and still trying to get refund. Last time I called the girl laughed and said you will never get your refund. I reported to DOT and BBB. DOT is investigating and apparently looks like insurance and licensing was false as it was pulled on transportreviews.com . I am also contact other people that have filed complaintes to pursue further. Don't plan on dispatch helping with anything; all the girls can say are "I don't know".
