Review Description
I inherited a 1978 VW Bettle Convertible from a friend in AZ. I had to fly in from WI and had only a 4-day window to arrange pick-up. After unsuccessfully working for 2 weeks with 2 other brokers to arrange a driver, I contacted A to Z Auto Shipping on the day prior to leaving for AZ. I explained the situation to Andrea. Her customer service skills were the best I had encountered up to this point, and she appeared to take ownership of the issue
