Terrible company. They were rude over the phone. We were hung up on several times. They picked up my car months late. The driver I picked my car up from was expecting a check. Another rip-off story here. They lie, they take your money, they treat you like dirt with true New York charm, and now they have filed for Chapter 13. Contact the NY Attorney General if you have a complaint. The owners should be barred from ever getting another business license. Read more ....

I WORK FOR A TOWING COMPANY THAT A-BLUE KNIGHT TRIED TO CONTRACT WITH TO STORE THEIR CARS TO MAKE THEIR CUSTOMERS THINK THE CAR WAS GOING SOMEWHERE. Placed order on 10MAR10 for a pick up on 17MAY10 from CA to VA. The only thing they did well was taking my $250 deposit, then requested the full payment prior to delivery (don't do it!).
