Review Description

Placed order on 10MAR10 for a pick up on 17MAY10 from CA to VA. The only thing they did well was taking my $250 deposit, then requested the full payment prior to delivery (don't do it!). They never picked up the car, Ed hung up the phone on me when I ask about the status of my vehicle, Greg - the supervisor lectured me on the contract and told me if I don't like it, just wait 14 BUSINESS days (3 weeks) to cancel to get my money back. I spent $300 on storage and care for my vehicle because it was not picked up! Blue Knight is not a car transport company, they are DISHONEST and has zero business ETHICS! After 2 months, Still waiting for a refund!
