Review Description
Was a great fan until they picked me up at 8 am instead of 8 pm. Original email confirmation was in military time saw that it was correct time for red eye. So many subsequent emails only checked time - not am or pm because I had already reviewed in military time. They made the typo. I got the extra bill. Just a warning to check every email from them. Not willing to refund extra charge even though it was their typo.
