Be very careful in dealing with this company.Blake The Flack will take your deposit and then will not respond to your e-mails or phone calls once you give them your deposit. I made a special trip to my pick location to meet the truck to load my boat and waited until I had to make my flight and still no response about the sub contractor as to when we were to meet. I then called my credit card company and reported fraud. As soon as they started checking they found that 5 Star had given me a credit refund. All they did was take me out of the market for 6 weeks to make other arrangements for this service.
