Review Description
They arranged the pick up of a car which was supposed to be pick up after an inspection. This was agreed by all parties. They ignored all the emails and went ahead and had the car picked anyway without inspection. The order was on hold by this was ignored. So now there is a car on the way which shouldnt have been transported but the only response they give me is to pay up. A bunch of gangsters is what they are. Just go without this broker company and go direct to the shipper. The shipping company was upset as well the way 1flatrate is doing business. Just stay clear!
