Review Description

Took my $200 deposit and never heard from them again. I finally got through to David and he said Carlos no longer worked there because he was quoting too low rates. David said he would refund the deposit as he couldn't a driver for the rate quoted, he also sent an email confirming the refund. After that I would be put on hold until the line disconnected or was just hung up on. I submitted a complaint with the Florida Attorney General, haven't heard anything yet. Then I called my credit card company to reverse the charge which they were happy to do once they heard the story. I suggest everyone do the same, these are rotten scam artists.
