Review Description
I called a month in advance to my planned pickup date of March 28 to schedule for my 2 cars to be picked up. I called a few days prior to the actual pick up date to confirm a pick up time, Rene tells me that there aren't any drivers available. Not having drivers available was that big of a deal, but what was a problem was the lack of communication. We were never contacted about the company not having a driver available and had to be told at the last minute, days before we were to fly out. I emailed Rene and never received a reply, I called and was placed on hold for extended periods of time. Finally after cancelling service and going with another company, I wanted my refund. I was told that it would take 7-10 business days to receive my refund of $290.00( don't understand how it would take so long to receive my refund when it only took the company 30 min to charge the deposit to my account.I could go on and on, but most important I want to say this company if VERY UNPORFESSIONAL!!!
