Review Description
Honestly this has been the worst experience with any company I have ever worked with. As a military member I have moved 8 times over 14 years, this is not new to me, but "One Shot" consistently over-promises and under-delivers. "Customer service" was non-existent, and when you got them on the phone they were habitually rude. Don't expect communication from them, you have to call repeatedly only to be told you would be called back...which never happens. Honestly these guys are the worst.
