Review Description
With regard to One Shot my complaint is very simple. I requested a transport pickup NLT 11am on Apr 1 and was told during the telephone order process that if pickup was not made by that time/date that my down payment would be returned. I had specifically asked for that time because I had a prior reservation to leave the area at 4pm that day and would not be able to return until two weeks later. I had called on Mar 29 and was told of possible pickups on Mar 30 & 31 & Apr 1. The scheduled pick up time came and passed with no contact from a driver on any of the possible days. To date my down payment has not been returned. Yes, I have a recorded copy of the promised down payment return, which they have not honored. Very DISHONEST, DO NOT CONTRACT WITH THEM.

Title : Two sides to a story
Rebuttal : We have a copy of the agreement as well available to anyone in doubt. There was not a set date according to his contract and a driver called Mr. Jackson on Monday and he refused the services. There is a due proccess wth the credit card processors is not from day to the next but Mr. Jacson was fully refunded yet failed to upgrade his review, we have these documents available as well. Mr. Jackson is just a vindictive customer that only thinks about himself and it is he who is not being honest.
