Was initially impressed with the info and intent to be upfront however car was not picked up as stated. Contact with customer service was lacking and information about pickup status was muddled. Had to make several follow up calls only to find little more about pickup. Pickup was delayed 11days told driver would call, did not happen as Read more ....

AAA was punctual with a quote and advises as to the best way to ship. Kurt was courteous and very expert. The company was prompt and provided all the info required to smoothly accomplish the move. This is respected since we were a first time shipper of an automobile . Read more ....
