Review Description
Was initially impressed with the info and intent to be upfront however car was not picked up as stated. Contact with customer service was lacking and information about pickup status was muddled. Had to make several follow up calls only to find little more about pickup. Pickup was delayed 11days told driver would call, did not happen as intended. Got the money BEFORE delivery No follow up once pickup was finally made. Given an email to make commentary ..no reply. Not customer service as I know it.
